I was extremely happy with the service provided by Windcrest. Very personable and friendly. My only issue is the fee to Neuter a male sugar glider is $464.00! Wow

I am so dissapointed with Windcrest. I knew there was a reason why I stopped taking my dog there over 14 yrs ago.
My orginal Dr. was on medical leave, so I had to met with another Dr. Fine, things happen. While I pulled up to the parking lot, I recieved a call from the hospital saying the Dr. cannot see me, when I arrived on time!!! Then they changed their minds. So that inferated me.Change a regular routine, but I had an appointment. Then the charges were mindblowing!!!! A fecal sample was 38 dollars, hello what a rip off. It shouldn't cost more than 15 if that.
