for my boys neuter
Reviewed on: Mar 15 2012 1:43PM
Well, the neuter whent well, and he didnt need any additional drugs and didnt have any problem with the site, nor did his cage mate. This vet does pom-on and the site looked really good. well, looks. I was able to get in contact with him over the phone that same day, and multiple times a day when i was a nervous wreck about the neuter. My only complaint is that I was never able to meet with the vet in person, and though he said he would like to speak to me on two occasions, his staff wasn't very helpful and told me I could speak to him by appointment only. But for neuters, in the san antonio area, this is the only place I would take any future sugar gilders I get. And the only place I would recommend.

Wasn't that impressed....

This is the first and last vet our sugar glider has been to. I wasn't all that impressed. Office staff was nice. Took 3 people to get Ginger (who I admit is not very tame at all) out of the little cage and to hold him to look at him. Ginger sunk his teeth into the doctor's fingers, and Doctor called him a little son-of-a-bitch. Not real professional, but I guess he was hurting!
