Small Home Based Breeder of Spoiled Joeys. We put a lot of Time, Love, and Money into our Gliders. Breed for Mosaic, Leu, Creme-ino, WFB, Standard Grey/BB, and Plat/Leu/Cino Hets. All of our breeding gliders have documented Lineage~Parents registered on Pet Glider Database. All Joeys are health checked including fecal (and neuter if needed) before going to their new home. Looking for Only The Best Homes. Come meet the gliders before adopting (by appointment only). Sugar Gliders can make great family pets, but it is our policy to NOT adopt gliders as a pet for younger children. Windy City Gliders are the best! 5 out of 5 stars

If your thinking of adopting sugar gliders there is only one place to go if you want the best experience ever! Tami at Windy City is the best. Having had the experience of adopting from a breeder where the gliders were not handled made me appreciate what Tami does even more. I went to her home and got to see and play with the gliders. She has even been to my home on multiple occasions helping me with introducing the gliders I got from her with gliders I currently have. Tami is tough and wants to know her gliders are in a good home where they will have proper diet and lots of love. Once you have established that get ready for the most awesome glider experience you will ever have! If your getting pet only gliders come neutered they also have paperwork from vet stating they are healthy and have had fecals and exam. From the day I got my gliders from Tami they have been an absolute pleasure so loving and happy. They are the sweetest babies ever and is very apparent that she spent a lot of time loving them! I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had. Tami is ALWAYS available for questions and even does house calls. So the bottom line is if you want a sugar glider there's only one place to go and that's Windy City Sugar Gliders!

Tami is an awesome breeder she makes sure that you are ready for gliders and know how to care for them before she send you home with a glider. She sends you a lot of material to read before have just so you know what you are getting into. Tami is very up front with and tells it like it is. she doesn't sugar coat it. She lets you know what you are getting into what you have to do before and after you get you're glider from her. Tami is also always there for you after you take your glider home. if you have questions she is there to answer them gladly for you. The gliders that I got from her where re-homes and are twin brother and sister. I love them so much, Tami did an awesome job raising them and nursing them back when they where brought back to her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for gliders. She really knows her stuff and is very passionate about her gliders and love to hear updates on how they are doing. Even after you take them home she will gladly clip there nails for you if you caller and ask her too.

I adopted my first Glider through Craigslist without understanding a single thing about them other than they look adorable. BIG MISTAKE... I researched for days then came across Windy City Glider and contacted Tami. I wish I had done that before the adoption cause she has been Heaven sent. She has welcomed me with open arms to her Glider Family. I adopted my 2nd girl from her to keep my 1st girl company and she has helped me with the introduction process. Not only is she my teacher, groomer, vendor & breeder but also a friend who has so much passion for these Gliders! Honestly dont know what i wouldve done without her?!

I got my little girl, Sassafrass from Tami and she is such a good girl. She was sent home with toys and her pouch. Tami answered any and all questions I had and is still willing to answer any I have. Sassy came home with a clean bill of health and a negative fecal test, I have copies of all records. She took the time to let me interact with her before we took her home. I also like the fact that Tami is very real and will tell it like it is!

My boyfriend and I had bought a sugar glider from a pet store last December. I like to say we rescued her, because where she came from, I wouldn't want to live there. At the time I didn't know much about these little guys, but being a research fanatic I read and looked up everything I could get my hands on. That's where I stumbled across Tami's website. We exchanged emails for a bit and talked on the phone. At first I was a little worried that I may not be able to adopt from her, she was a little strict and had many qualifications that I needed to pass. She is tough, but there is a reason for it and I appreciate that toughness. But, putting my feelings aside, I understand why she did this especially when she told us the background story of the glider I adopted. In fact I'm very grateful she did have me fill out a questionnaire and visit her, my boyfriend and I were able to get so much information and ideas on how to make sure they were the most spoiled, happy and content fuzzies out there. I also liked and felt very reassured that she would be giving us our new glider's fecal and health exam results, I used to work for a stable that bred and trained horses and I understand how important it is to have complete and up-to-date vet records. I also greatly appreciate the fact that she would be available to answer questions even after we took our new girl home, like can they see in color, silly question but she took the time to answer it :) I was also surprised that she offered discounts on sugar glider items, not many breeders of any animal will do this, she truly is a one of a kind person. Her home shows how much she loves and cares for these little guys. She was also 100% right on Bitty's personality, we wanted a glider who was calm and patient since Sula probably came from a mill breeder and would be ecstatic about having a friend to teach her sugar glider things :) Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend her, just be prepared to be put to the test :) I also blame her for my new addiction! :) lol
