Dr. Hess is a board certified avian vet (who currently is President of the AAV) who has been in practice for 16 years and sees only avian and exotic pets and has great experience treating sugar gliders. I believe they had to do much more to save my suggie, who died in few hours after visiting Dr. Laurie Hess's Vet. Center.
I strongly believe they had to do any reanimation procedure and treat my girl more carefully. She got 2 x-rays, antibiotics and painkiller fluid. They believe that my suggie died because I refused from additional painkiller injection...
Every doctor can do a wellness exam when your animal just fine, but NOT every can rescue your animal.
I have my own opinion about their work and I think I should share it with other Sugar Glider owners!
