The National Rescue Network works in conjunction with All4Gliders.com, to find homes, educate owners and help sugar gliders in ANY situation. We currently have rescuers in 36 states and Canada, there to help in almost any rescue situation.

We have extensively studied the differences in acclimation for sugar gliders that have traveled via air freight versus local automobile travel. The facts are very clear and compelling - sugar gliders will experience an acclimation period no matter how they are transported to their new home. It is our practice to stay in touch with our clients as often after a sugar glider purchase as before. We care deeply about the experience for both glider and new family members, and want to ensure a smooth transition.

Good information, but... new

The information is good. The products are generally good. Customer service response time is generally good, however when I reported a problem with one of their cages that I had just recently purchased, there was no solution. just a "sorry", for the most part. I appreciate the apologies, but it doesn't fix the problems that are very clearly manufacturing errors.

very, very helpful and informative with info on sugar gliders and their care for healthy pets. sun coast help set us up with our new pets,their care, cage,toys,bonding pouches, sleeping pouches climbing ropes. food, vitiams,calcium, food and water dishes and shipped all at one low price across the country.they also had them vet approved and neutered before shipping.
