Horrible. I was told they treated gliders however Dr. Heaton didn't know how to handle them and was very rough. He tried to swoop them up in their pouch like he was catching a bat out of the air and chased them all around the room. He didn't weigh them and wouldn't clip their nails. When he checks poo he only will do a fecal float, no smear- that is extra. He gave information that has been proven to be inaccurate after further research on my part & with talking to other vets. When questioned, even politely, he became extremely rude & literally yelled at me. The office was not very clean and the exam rooms were cluttered and outdated. I would take my gliders to see a car mecanic before I took them back there!
